Skinny No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie. Another contribution from my desk mate Kristine! She used regular peanut butter instead of the skinny ingredients. Directions were very easy. She put it in the fridge overnight, which hardened it up and made it easier to slice. Very rich, very peanut buttery. Another win.
